     That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

     This "client-first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

I've been honored multiple times with the prestigious President's Sales Club Award of Distinction from the Ohio Association of Realtors. This award is given for sales over $2.5 million in a single year. In 2003, I sold over $5.3 million, making me the #1 Top Producer in Vermilion.

     Part of my success is the fact that I am a Marketing Specialist for both residential and commercial listings. In the last 3 years, I have sold 80%, 86% and a remarkable 94% of my own listings! What does this mean to you? It means that I proactively market my listings! I don't just sit back and wait for the phone to ring. I have a list of buyers who work exclusively with me. Using my Exclusive Buyer's List, I listed and then sold a local commercial property IN ONLY 4 HOURS!

      I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Greg, for over 30 years. We have two married children: Elizabeth, a Special Education Teacher, and Michael, a Marketing Consultant.  In October 2007 we welcomed our first grandchild, Lauryn Elizabeth Pazder.
